Les langages silencieux – 2012/2020

The idea for “Les langages silencieux” arose from my 2014 “Genealogy of Pain” project. Each of its six chapters takes a poetic look at issues of transmission and female inheritance. Through a journey into the forgotten spaces of the past, glass and textiles are combined to explore the history of women. By paying attention to their gestures, the past and the present became linked, enabling a dialog about identity and memory.
